A quarter of a million people live in the region served by the Geelong Regional Library Corporation. With its size and diversity the region hosts a unique population among Victorian library services, ranging from urban and neighbourhood areas in Geelong to small rural farming communities such as Bannockburn and Meredith and the coastal towns and tourist centres of Torquay, Barwon Heads and Queenscliff. Residents in Victoria’s second largest city and its smallest regional council area, sea changers and tree changers, farmers and holidaymakers all call the Geelong Regional Library ‘my local library’.

Events and Promotions Officer

Provide high quality, community focused and accessible library and information events, including marketing and publicity

Children’s and Youth Services Librarian, Belmont Library

Permanent Full time, Band 5, $51,403 – 59,111

Develop and deliver a range of children’s programs and activities to the Belmont community and across our region

Information Services Librarian, Geelong West Library

Permanent Full time, Band 5, $51,403 – 59,111

Provide library and information services at Geelong West Library and support the delivery of e-learning and information services across our region

Statistics Officer

Full time, Band 5, $51,403 – 59,111 (3 month contract)

Evaluate and improve processes for data collection, storage and reporting
