The Glen Eira Library and Information Service is seeking a qualified librarian or library technician with a customer service focus, excellent information service skills and supervisory experience.

Our 4 library network is a hub of community activity, a gateway to online information and a rich source of resources and services, so why not join our professional team? Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

You will have:

• A librarian or library technician qualification acceptable for membership of the Australian Library and Information Association.

• High-level skills in reference and information services using print and digital resources.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Experience in supervising staff in a supportive team environment.

The role will include rostered shifts on weekdays, evenings and some weekends. You must be able to work all hours of the four week roster which can be downloaded from our website.
