Bayside Library service is seeking an enthusiastic staff member with strong customer service skills to fill a position in the Children’s/Youth Services team.
The successful candidate will deliver a variety of children’s programs and events including story-times and school holiday activities, have demonstrated customer service skills for circulation desk duties, and assist with the processing of library resources.
Previous experience in a customer service environment and a keen interest  or experience in developing and providing children’s programs is essential.
Applicants should note that regular shiftwork including evenings and weekends will form part of the roster.

Council's Asset Management Department is responsible for managing various Council owned infrastructure assets, including roads, bridges, drains, and footpaths. In this fantastic entry level position you'll provide 1st level support to end users of the Asset Management System. You will also assist with data management and related GIS data, train system users, assist with the development of reports and queries, undertake testing and interfacing of the system and participate in user groups. You're technically savvy, have an eye for detail and relate well to others.
 To be considered you will have completed (or near completed) a qualification in engineering, asset management, IT or business analyst field, have an advanced ability to use computer software within a Windows environment, an understanding of relational databases and application of SQL, an ability to produce formatted reports and sound communication skills.

Salary: $41,954 per annum (pro rata)
Temporary 14 months, Part Time 17.5 hrs per week

Darebin Libraries is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our Adult Team in a temporary,
part time capacity (17.5 hours per week). As Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for the
delivery of library products to housebound customers and associated activities.

To be successful you will possess:

• the ability to work collaboratively
• excellent organisational skills
• proven track record in meeting deadlines

We are looking for someone who is flexible, friendly and empathetic and is committed to excellence in
customer service. Experience in courier work and/or customer service would be well regarded and a
current driver’s license is essential.

Salary and conditions will be in accordance with Band 3 of the Darebin Collective Agreement No.1.
